Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 3.5 They're pretty hot from what I can tell but they don't seem to have that many parties. I always have fun there because they have the best dance floor and the guys are friendly. I hope they do more next quarter, I get good vibes at this house!

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 3.4 2nd top house after ATO. The Sig Ep guys are really good looking and know how to party and have a good time. Girls love them. Their house is super nice. The parties are great. Only complaint I have is that a lot of them only talk to each other at parties and don't talk to girls they don't know. You can see them on campus all the time in their letters.

I have some good friends in the house but it's really starting to hurt them. None of the other frats act so hardcore like high school girls in that sense. They are fun to party with but come off a bit boring, like talking to a wall. Maybe try to actually pretend like you want to make friends outside of your frat
