Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 5.0 Beta was by far my favorite house during rush. I didn't end up getting a bid but the guys that I met were so cool that I still have respect for them. I don't know why people don't consider them a top tier frat (ignoring the fact that they're on so-pro). They have really smart good looking down to earth guys who obviously know how to party. And they have the best house on dp. Beta>ato in my honest opinion.

Their a fun frat and the guys are really nice, only reason their going down is because of that girl that got them on suspension, and they still let her into their parties so they got to be really forgiving and nice
