APhi is all about their looks and reputation. While they do things like dirty rush and push their new members into the lagoon, they present themselves as classy, elegant, and superior. I believe that reputation-wise, they are a top tier sorority. I attribute this to the way they recruit girls and the subconscious values they foster. I've heard several stories about girls going through APhi's recruitment and being body-checked, targeted, demeaned, and treated with barely enough human decency. This sorority is built on the male-gaze and eurocentrism. They subscribe to society's problematic ideals while preaching about DEI for insurance. Because of this, they lack the heart of a sisterhood and are abundantly superficial. Placing value on looks and reputation has removed diversity and character from their members.
