Finally some smart and independent- thinking people comented! Both Phi Mu and IX have cool and hot girls but take a look - they also have some average- looking girls with nothing but attitude. Its hard to rate sororities objectively, since they are so large and diverse. IX has more pretty girls per capita but they are overrated as a group. Phi Mu definetely lost its position as a top sorority this year. At best they are equal to APhi.

Okay these ranking are always so messed up. As far as campus reputations go, IX is definitely thought of as the most exclusive and biggest party girls. Phi Mu is considered the 'best' sorority and is the hardest to get into during formal rush, and has a legacy of being the best for the last how ever many years. That said aphi has absolutely been getting better as a sorority, and the members that are active are super active. But that's the problem it's the same girls in aphi over and over again, and the other half of the sorority isn't social. Kappa has some super sweet girls and the 2012 pledge class is full of really fun girls, and their last pledge class shows they are getting better. And pi phi isn't really thing still

Phi Mu is not as hot as they used to be... That's just it!!! Sorry girls! Some of you are still hot but you are not standing out as a group like it was before. It's hard to put up with loosing your position but this is happening..... That's life!

Phi Mu claims that they are hard to get in but the reality is that they did not recruite the best girls last year. Apparantely there is a lot of vicious comments and gossips involved in the process of picking up their sisters....

having said that Phi Mu came third in recruitment last year, if not the past two years, behind APhi and Kappa...
