Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at Johns Hopkins University - JHU 3.2 I think the bid promising is not because they are afraid of theta. The rivalry I would say is between Phi Mu and Alpha Phi. I don't think either sorority is threatened by theta at this point. I'm a big supporter of Theta and one day it might go back to be a top sorority at JHU, but that takes time.

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at Johns Hopkins University - JHU 4.0 I am joining a sorority for connections above all. I loved that there were many Thetas there from other schools. To the post below, I feel that I like that there are girls from other chapters because it seems like they had each others back. A sister told me that was because they didn't have enough people to recruit so they had to bring other people. See you guys today, hopefully.

Why would they bus in girls from other schools to recruit for them? Are they trying to hide the girls in the chapter? I left feeling like I had no idea what the chapter is really like.... I had to rank them low because I feel like I would be joining a group that is totally different from the way they are representing themselves and I might not even like the girls who will actually be my sisters once rush is over.
