Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at Johns Hopkins University - JHU 3.0 Compared to the middle tier sororities, I would say pi phi looks very similar to those sororities. But pi phis pitfall is really the cliqueness within the chapter and the fact that new members don’t want pi phi (which I don’t blame them). They also seem to not branch out and socialize with other fraternities as a cohesive group, but rather have there core friends and have pi phi as a secondary group, which is different to top tier sororities. I think if they market themselves better and learn how to bond they can easily be equal to kappa and theta.

Tbh I don’t see the cliques in Pi Phi. Yes there are friend groups within the organization (just like everyone else), but never have I seen one friend group go after another by being mean.

Nah sorry no one wants pi phi during rush. You cant be middle if everyone wants to cut you during rush sorry.

lol I got called back to multiple sororities during rush and I didn't cut Pi Phi because I felt like their dedication to Philanthropy admirable and the sisters were nice. Also, it is my primary social group even though I have other friends who are also in frats. Generalizations like these are kinda BS bc everyone's experience is unique and you can't really paint any of the srats (or frats) with a broad brush.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at Johns Hopkins University - JHU 3.2 (from a WW, PKP perspective) while pi phi may be considered bottom tier, they are by far my favorite sorority to mix with. IX might be the hottest, most exclusive, and Phi Mu the best, but pi phi is always a great time, especially at mixers. They show out the most, actually participate in the mixer (dancing, games, vibe). They are quite the mixed bag of personalities, many of them are good-looking, and the vast majority are quite intelligent. Under their new leadership, I am confident that they will continue improving and balling. The reason that they're so fun to mix with is because even though some individuals might be awkward, they are all personable. Have high hopes for pi phi in the upcoming year.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at Johns Hopkins University - JHU 5.0 Pi Phi is a super cool group of girls. They're super nice in general and the ones I've met are super diverse, in the sense that some like to go out all the time, some are more calm, etc.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at Johns Hopkins University - JHU 3.2 Honestly speaking, some girls in this sorority are very attractive/fun, but these were the girls that suicided one of the top sororitys during recruitment and didn’t have a choice other than pi phi at the end of recruitment because they dropped the mid-tier sororitys. Let’s be honest, most of the sorority doesn’t have either the looks or the personality, and generally they’re weird and awkward

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at Johns Hopkins University - JHU 4.5 All the Pi Phi’s I have met a so sweet and very loyal. A lot of people give them a bad rep because they aren’t your typical sorority girl here at Hopkins. They all are very close and have a great sisterhood.
