Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Johns Hopkins University - JHU 2.7 I I really think their recruitment process is shallow and based off of looks and a white-standard of beauty. There seems to be a lack of sisterhood and more clique ones compared to Kappa or Theta

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Johns Hopkins University - JHU 2.2 Everyone I’ve known in Aphi has complained about the cliques and overall lack of sisterhood. They don’t seem interested to know anyone else in their sorority other than their close circle. Their recruitment process is super superficial and most of the sisters don’t even get a say in who gets to join their sorority which is disappointing. They also award points for going to mixers because no one ever goes and the fraternities get mad. Pretty lame.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Johns Hopkins University - JHU 2.2 everyone I know in aphi has either dropped after a year due to a lack of sisterhood and too much drama or are very superficial and rude individuals that judge others based off of looks. recruitment this year very much turned me away from aphi. their graduating class only has 10 girls. that shows how much this chapter cares about sisterhood and bonding. some girls in aphi have also crashed other fraternity’s mixers which I find extremely inappropriate and rude. especially after event chairs go through the effort to mix with another sorority.
