I I really think their recruitment process is shallow and based off of looks and a white-standard of beauty. There seems to be a lack of sisterhood and more clique ones compared to Kappa or Theta

great group of girls. Mostly introverted imo. Not as social as kappa. Seem to have a great sisterhood. Overall above average looks-wise but with some really pretty girls.

They have so few women (bc everyone drops bc of poor sisterhood) that they're literally trying to poach off of the other sororities new member classes. Yes, everyone knows you did that. How low can you go lol

basically the srat you default into when all other sororities drop you. they try to overcompensate for this by forcing sisters to be “friends” and discouraging girls in their clique from meeting and hanging out with new people. every piphi I’ve known wants to drop

completely irrelevant. essentially just a friend group that calls themselves a frat. nice enough guys but parties are lame.
