Upper Mid: KD, G Phi, AXO
Mid: Zeta, Phi Mu, ADPI
Bottom: Tri Delt, AOPI, Alpha Xi

I'd put kd and axo in the middle. Either leave Gphi in upper mid or move it to after KKG and delete upper mid to leave just 3 ranks.Move Adpi to bottom and put DDD next to the last.

I agree there are only 3 tiers here. the upper mid needs to be redistributed or you should have 5 tiers with a lower mid too.

There are only 3 tiers

Top: Pi Phi, Theta, Chi O, Kappa, G Phi
Mid: KD, AXO, Zeta, Phi Mu, ADPI
Bottom: Tri Delt, AOPI, Alpha Xi

There isn't much difference between the top and mid tiers. Not much in grades, looks or partipation. More accurate would be two tiers: top and bottom.
