First off phi delt is not a top house whatsoever. Nobody wants to be one unless they have to. Same thing goes for zeta and KD, no one wants to be one unless they have to be. Sorry not sorry

There isn't much credit given to houses that are "good" because they do well in shows only. Top houses have girls who are the best looking, have the best grades, best connections, most activities, etc. In that group will be your singers and dancers. Lower houses have girls with some of those things but not all.

Beta has a handful of good looking guys in their photo but when you look closer, a LOT of the guys are awkward. No offense, but but not it. Haven’t met many in person yet.

Guys can learn not to be awkward and virtually all of them will learn it in college. Beta is full of guys who are smart, decent, well connected, busy, etc. They can learn to be cool, but guys in some of the other houses can't learn to be decent humans living in a fraternity house.

Our campus and community needs to put more emphasis and effort into creating inclusive spaces.
SigEp stands out as a forward-thinking fraternity in all issues, including gender. SigEp has traditionally treated gender as binary, when we live in a world with increasing awareness that gender is not always binary. SigEp’s membership is currently restricted those persons who identify as male, but there is limited space in Greek communities across the country for non-binary individuals to engage.
SigEp is leading the way towards the future of Greek organizations in the United States as gender inclusive organizations. SigEp is convening a task force to explore removing any screening of gender from its membership criteria and this will also expand SigEp’s recruitment pool.
