Is it true that EVERYONE will receive a bid who goes through rush? I was told it might not be the one you want, but everyone will get one...

You might not get the one you want because you seem irritating but I think everyone else should get a bid

Nope. Not everyone will get a bid. At least not everyone got one when I went through 2 years ago, not everyone got one last year either

IF you maximize all of your options and consider every single house, are willing to accept a bid from every single house, and look at every single house with an open mind, then with RFM you should receive a bid.
