Pi Phi, Theta, Kappa, and Chi O are the hardest to get into. They more than likely already have their PC's picked out.

Well, yeah. Pi phi picks their PC during Greek discovery. So, you’re out of luck if you weren’t at that house during GDD weekend. I’m sure they aren’t the only ones who pull that BS
