Bottom(in order): tri delt, aopi, axd
There can be debate on what order they go in but each tier is spot on

A top tier sorority doesnt cut a MULTI-Generational legacy with a sitting cousin and a major alum aunt no matter what round it is! Bad form and bad behavior by the conniving mother/daughter duo.

Why should legacies get preferential treatment? Every girl going through recruitment should get in on her own merit. This isn't 1990!!

Yes it is. That's the new message. Legacies aren't a thing anymore for most houses. It's all about equality etc.
