Ladies (and men!!) I encourage you all to go look at KD’s recent instagram post. I have never seen a sorority do this before and frankly I think my chapter as well as others could learn a lot from them. We all talk the talk but KD definitely walked the walk. Plus everyone needs a confidence boost!

I’ve also been seeing the mental health stories they’ve been sharing and I want to commend them for their bravery. Sharing personal stuff like that is NOT easy. Thank you for trying to break the silence that surrounds mental health.
