1/2. Theta = Chi O (depends what qualities you see as top tier, for me is theta social wise and chi o academic and awards wise)
3. Kappa
4. G Phi
5. KD
6. Pi Phi
7/8/9. Zeta = AXO = Phi Mu (these three are always rank 7, 8, or 9, but they are interchangeable based on personal opinion)
10. AOII
11. ADPi
12. Tri Delt
13. Alpha Xi

I think we at least know the tiers—In these tiers it’s in no order:

Top: theta and chi o
Upper middle: G Phi, Kappa, Pi Phi
Lower middle: KD, Zeta, AXO, Pi Mu
Bottom: Tri Delt, AOII, ADPi
Last: AZD
