falling and rising

In the fraternity world whichhouses do you think are falling, which houses do you think are rising?

I think

Falling- Sigma Chi, SAE, Farmhouse, Lambda Chi

Rising- AGR, Phi Delt, Kappa Sig

Rising-KA

Falling- Sigma Nu, Beta

I'm assuming you're joking. KA blows, Sigma Nu is a great house and so is Beta. None of those houses are changing ranks.

I agree that Phi Delt, Kappa Sig, and AGR are rising. I don't agree that SAE is failling, but I see sigma chi farmhouse and lambda chi falling.

This is how I see it.

Top- Sigma Nu, Beta, AGR, Fiji

Middle- SAE, Sig Ep, Kappa Sig, Phi Delt, FarmHouse, Sigma Chi

Bottom- Pike, ATO, Lambda Chi, KA, Phi Tau, Delt

Top tier houses- Only house I could see falling is Fiji.

Middle- Farmhouse is now at the bottom of the middle tier if you ask most people. Kappa Sig and Phi Delt are respectable houses now but still in the middle. SAE is still top dog in the middle tier. Sig Ep and Sigma chi are falling and falling fast.

Bottom- Pike and ATO might be on the rise. I don't know if they will ever exit the bottom though. KA Delt and Phi tau are all staying in the bottom for the foreseeable future.

I'd say this is all pretty accurate. I wouldn't say Pike is rising though. Sigma Chi is definitely falling along with Sig Ep. I think they top tier is pretty much set.

I think that AGR has honestly peaked. Kappa Sig and Phi Delt are rising faster. Sigma Chi and Farmhouse are falling the fastest.
