delt or phi tau

I know neither Delt or Phi Tau is highly thought of, but these are the only two fraternities that rushed me. Which is a better choice? Or is it better to not join either and be a "GDI"?

It would be better to sign Phi Tau. Delt is going nowhere.

Not saying Phi tau is rising though. Delt is a waste of time and money, i wouldn't say Phi tau is.

If I were you, I would not sign either. In your first year I would work hard to make good grades, get as involved as possible, and get to know as many people as you can (especially those in Greek life). Getting in even a middle tier house after waiting a year will make college--and likely life--a significantly better experience.

Just some douche is probably a delt. They spend their whole summers on this site. Heard they have signed 6 kids, none of them receiving bids from any other fraternity with a house.
