freshman live in fraternity house?

what houses do the freshman get to live in ?
If they only have room for some freshman, how do they choose?

The freshmen live in the actual house, except at Beta where they live in their own annex. My fraternity has spots for a large portion of the pledges to live in house. You get to live in house based on when you sign/legacy/gpa. The rest live on campus.
