the fit for rush week

Keep in mind that for the first two days, you'll be walking around ALOT - so wear shoes that are comfortable for you!

For the house tour round (August 15th and 16th), pants and a cute blouse are fine as well as a cute, casual dress or romper. Just like a cute, casual dress you'd wear to a baby shower or to a family outing! For shoes, again, wear comfy shoes as you'll be walking around alot. Sandals or wedges (if they're comfortable for you) work. Search google for 'cute, casual summer dresses' or 'casual summer rompers'.

For the third round, Philanthropy (the 17th) you wanna go a little dressier. Girls normally wear nice dresses this day with flats or wedges with a small (or tall) heel. Dresses that aren't as casual. Go to Google and type in 'philanthropy day attire' and click the first link (it's a Pinterest board). It has some great ideas!

The fourth round is Preference day (August 18th). This day you wear the dressiest attire! Wear a dress that you feel confident in. Girls normally wear short heels or wedges on this day with their dresses! Type 'preference day dresses' in Google and click the second link (another Pinterest board).

Don't stress to much about what you're wearing and try to have fun! Good luck!

theres a rush OSU group me that you can join that will REALLY help you if you want. girls in there post their outfits & help each other out. if you want to be added either post in the Facebook group "Oklahoma State University Class of 2021" asking about it, or try private messaging a couple girls in there. they've helped me SO much.

also for preference round you might want to avoid black dresses because all the girls in houses will be in black. same with philanthropy day and white dresses. might just be me but I'd feel a bit out of place wearing the same color as every sorority girl on greek row

I can't stress the importance of wearing cute but comfortable shoes! If you really wanna wear that awesome pair of wedges or heels, bring some flats in the bag you leave outside the houses so you can change if your feet start killing you! Last thing you want is to be so focused on how bad your feet hurt that you can't focus on getting to know the wonderful girls in the houses and being yourself!
