frat rivalries

Which fraternities have rivalries and why?

From what I gather after my freshmen year...my house has rivals but these are the ones that people never shut up about

Fiji/SNU (who has the most money and is the "top house" at osu)
Sig Ep/SAE (who throws the best parties and is more "frat")
FH/AGR (biggest over-achievers and who is more country)
Phi Tau/Pike (who knows)

FIJI/SNU - new top house vs. old top house
PhiTau/Delt - battle for the bottom rank
SigEp/SAE - who knows honestly
Beta/ATO - who is better at shows (beta is, but ato still doesn't get it)
FH/AGR - old rivalry between ag houses, now they just hate each other
KS/Pike - battle of who flies under the social radar better???

The biggest rivalry is probably between AGR and Farmhouse...there's also a rivalry between SAE and Beta that goes way back
