tri delta

When was Tri-Delta the top house here? They are the best house on every other campus so I'm wondering why they aren't at OSU

Tri Delt has been bottom tier at OSU for decades. I don't know that they've ever even been considered mid tier? I'm not sure why though other than they can't seem to recruit cream of the crop type girls.
