If you’re going through recruitment do not take anything on this site seriously. Most all the people on here are girls in different sororities that rank their own sororities as being the best and tear down the other ones. Alpha phi has always been number 1 on campus which is why they get number one in recruiting EVERY year. Anyone who tells you they aren’t number 1 is actually lying. They also have one of the closest sisterhoods out of any sorority. I constantly see a huge group of phi’s out together every weekend. Not like other sororities where you just see a small group of them together. Go through recruitment and meet the girls and you’ll see why phi is on top

let's be real. we only see phi when they have a cute instagram photoshoot and when RDG happens. other than that you can catch them at sig chi up the asses of the brothers but never at other chapter's philanthropy events. got such a small pc last rush that they had to do a second informal session. it's finally starting to get around that 80% of the girls in the chap. only care about the image of the letters in their bio and cute instagram pictures. I have a few friends in phi, and they're great, but all I hear about is how every sister is out to get each other. hopefully they can turn it around. don't do anything to interact w the panhellenic community other than painting good banners when it's required. sad excuse for a sorority on campus, and more like some weird exclusive club where you're only allowed to wear free people.

Let’s be real, phi has A LOT that many girls want — PNM’s and panhellenic girls both. They have the looks, the aesthetic, ranked top tier every recruitment; basically they never have issues getting the women they want in their sorority. However, I feel like this is all they pride themselves in. Being the best looking sorority is their only identity. Of course not all girls in phi are like this but come on.. who are we kidding. Recruitment is starting back up soon and we already know they’ll get the best girls, the girls that they want always. But if we are being honest, if you only join this sorority because you want “phi” letters in your instagram bio, you are wasting your time getting the full experience in a sorority. It’s not about looks, tiers, instagram followers, ego. PNM’s: please don’t join a sorority for these reasons.
