Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 2.4 Hungout there a few times. Unless u already know someone in it they arent very social with you. They are kinda weird and awkward. Brothers seem to get along tho. Similar to SAE I'd say. House could use some work.
