I'm a pnm going through sorority rush in August and the alpha xi delta Instagram keeps trying to follow me and my roommate. I know sororities know our names once we register and look st our social media, but also members of the chapter try to follow me. Is this allowed? I want to accept their request, but I don't want to get in trouble.

Yes that is totally allowed! They're following you so can be familiar with their chapter and can get to know their sisters before recruitment.
