Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at Western Kentucky University - WKU 4.0 This fraternity is one you either love or hate. Their brotherhood is very strong. However, they do come off as being snobs. This is by far the most selective fraternity to get into because every active must agree to give them a bid. However, this does not mean they get the best guys on campus, it just means they are very selective. The problem with FIJI is that they are not very well rounded if you have met one guy, congrats because you just met them all. Everyone is the same, which hurts in terms of recruitment. With only the same type of guy always recruited, they will never grow and in 100 years they will the same as they are right now. They are only academically/awards motivated and lack in every other aspect. They like to stay to themselves and not associate with any other chapter. As I said before, it's either for you or not.
