Honestly, this fraternity started out great a few years ago when they were re-founded on campus. The brotherhood seemed strong, the men were great, they were a fun time all the time. As time went on they kicked out members for very wrong reasons and started recruiting men that they knew would help them beat FIJI in all competitions. They are now basically the FIJI wanna-be's that never got selected for FIJI. I even witnessed one of their newer members pour a drink on an alum at a party because they didn't know him and told him to leave. Sad to see how this fraternity has turned out. I was rooting for them until I started seeing how much they only care about beating FIJI in everything and how rude they are to their alum that helped bring back the fraternity to campus.

This group of girls may look good from the outside and on paper, but they are very rude and not fun to be around. They are in no way diverse with their selection of girls, if you're blond and wealthy then you may have a shot of being part of their sorority. I have yet to meet a nice ADPi. I personally hope to see any/all of the other sororities take their "top tier" spot, so they can learn to be more diverse, involved, friendly, gracious, humble and thankful for what they have.

They have poor rentention rates year after year. They had such a great fall recruitment last year, but literally most of the girls dropped or transferred to be in better sigma kappa chapters. They have great values and have a cute house, but they really don't have a good rep socially with other fraternities except ATO.

Delta zeta is at that plateau since they just graduated out many founding members from when they got their charter a few years ago. I hope they can recruit many girls this fall to make up for it and now that they are building a house, I hope it will help boost their moral having a home to call their own. They work hard and are very involved on campus.

Just pretty girls who didn't make the grades or had to right values of Greek life to be in other sororities. Have improved by being more diverse, but the sisterhood lacks a lot.

They are improving faster and more than any other sorority on campus. Won’t be long till they are on top.

Are trying to improve however it’s a long process.

Consistently talking about other girls and chapters while pretending their chapter is the best.

They like to act like they are the same as a social sorority; however, they only participate in pan events. They don’t hang out with other organizations and only keep to themselves. Always looking for recogonition from the Greek community on how they are “real” but they don’t want to put in the work. Their chapter is not similar to other sister chapters at all. They want to recruit like they are a social sorority but their recruitment is after so they do get some girls who dropped or didn’t get in. Need to get more involved and lower the inner drama.
