I hate my sorority
by: sadIts so heartbreaking i no longer like being in my sorority because last year i was beyond excited to join and thought i chose to enter a group of kind and considerate women who would uplift me and only make me feel more at home considering i had an awful first experience at ud and struggled a lot. the girls r mean and find any way to tear me and others who arent in their power hungry group down. its rly disheartening and i dont understand what i did to make so many ppl feel that i deserve to be treated this way but i did manage to make a few genuine friends. idk i just wish i rushed elsewhere it rly sucks. freshmen, choose wisely.

As a recently disaffiliated srat member I totally relate. I’m not surprised my srat is now becoming low top or even mid since our seniors this year were so mean and fake that it genuinely makes me uncomfortable seeing them popular on social media and they’re completely catty and bash people in real life

I’m still friends with my friends in that srat but most of mine are in the other top 3 houses and even some other upper mids. Please feel free to talk with friends and see if disaffiliation is right for you
