As a girl at UD it's more than just parties but more so about genuine guys. You shouldn't look at these rankings and think "oh so those are the best ones," instead see what all the frats are about and decide yourself. It's not just about having a lettered house or anything like that. I can tell guys try so hard to have a good reputation for their frats. Here's my ranks

Sig Nu/Kap Sig/KA
SAE/Sig EP/Sig pi/Pi Kapp/Fiji
Theta Chi/AEPi/KDR/DTD
Phi Psi/ZBT/Lambda Chi

fiji and Pi Kapp are not on the same level as sig ep, sig pi, and sae. Also, pikapp and theta shouldn't be ahead of aepi and kdr. Simple as that. Also pretty sure Lamda Chi isn't the worst fraternity of campus. That belongs to ZBT.

agreed not sure what makes some better than others though. everyones rankings are so stupid. like why do you say theta and pi kapp shouldn't be ahead of aepi and kdr? makes no sense
