why is sig ep considered top tier?

All I hear is that they have no brotherhood and are soft. Do they just throw the best parties/have the best houses?

A lot of them are hot and they’ve just always generally had the “top” reputation/have attracted guys who know how to throw down. It’s hard to break tiers once they’re established.
