sorority rush sigma kappa

hi!! freshman here that knows nothing about greek life lol. when do sororities rush? i really want to rush sigma kappa, is there anything i can do this semester that will improve my chances of getting a bid? how picky are they? and do they care a lot about grades? sorry really packing a lot of questions in here
