This is where it gets into a grey area. Do you want to know how many girls get cut from every chapter or how many girls drop out of rush? Because honestly most girls remove themselves from the process. If you have a decent GPA, aren't a total weirdo, and are nice and genuine during rush, you will more than likely get a bid from one of the 12 chapters here. That being said, it may not be the one you initially wanted. Or the one you wanted in the end! Might've been your last choice. But you will more than likely get a bid. Very few girls get cut all together. A handful out of 900+ girls.
The amount of girls taken by each chapter depends on how many girls are left in rush at the last round. Basically they take the amount of girls left (let's say 700 are left) and divide by the number of chapters (12 now) and that makes the number of girls each chapter should be taking (Aka quota). So quota is 58. I could definitely get more in depth but that's a basic summary of how rush works as far as numbers go.
