Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 2.7 i don't really know much about these guys but one of them followed me and my friends back from a party uninvited, stared dead at me for over an hour, was rude to all the girls, and made everyone uncomfortable. Super creepy. Kicked him out, had to ask our waiter to make sure he didn't come back. I'm sure they're not all like this, this kid was a pledge, but not the best first impression.
