Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 3.4 they did in fact get the old kap sig house (@ the person below). A lot of their brothers are kinda weird but theyre all super nice. They're decent but I wouldn't go back if I really wanted to party,

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 2.4 APES are the boys for sure I hope they keep doing what theyre doing. AEPi though all around kind of blow. I heard AEPi got kap sigs mansion though? I don't know how true this is but honestly a huge let down. I'm sure they're excited about it because it means in 5/10 years they'll probably be top tier but as of right now they are still a bunch of guys I really wouldn't enjoy spending my weekends with

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 3.0 If they were on-campus, they would be a solid middle tier frat, definitely better than Phi Psi and DTD. However, that's not the case. This isn't a southern school so it's tough for multiple off-campus fraternities to survive and with Kap Sig and Sig Ep joining those ranks, kiss APES goodbye. From this day forth, all the rankings should be about the new AEPi....which is way worse than APES strangely.
