They've only had 5 girls drop... my roommate is a Theta. And considering how many more bids went out this year, that's not that many to drop. Learn your facts. But anyway, Thetas are smart and mostly pretty, and down to earth. I don't really see the cliques and I'm around a lot of thetas a lot bc of my roomie. There doesn't seem to be much drama. And they got a really great new pledge class. Definitely on their way up.

These guys pull the most girls, they are the fraternity that girls love and would die to be invited to their formal/socials/or crush parties. Yes they like to go to the gym and have abs and be in shape but not every one is a guido. SAE likes to drink, and hang out with girls. Bro-ing out is a daily routine

Very classy girls, high GPAs. Not crazy partiers for the most part, but pretty and down to earth. They were my second choice.
