Just so you know...

I just thought that I'd make this post so that everyone is aware of one major difference between on and off-campus fraternities. Off-campus fraternities are not recognized by Vanderbilt and therefore the title IX office does not have jurisdiction for anything that happens at their events off-campus. Only off-campus events held by recognized school organizations does title IX have jurisdiction over. So if anything happens to you or your friends at an off campus DKE event, there is nothing that the school can/will do about it. Do whatever you want with that information.
