how do you get into a top tier sorority?

How do you get into top tier sororities at Vandy? Any tips or advice would be appreciated lmao
I’m looking into doing spring rush, but as an upperclassman. I just don’t think I would’ve gotten many worthwhile bids my freshman year, that’s why I didn’t rush then. Now that I’ve been here for a year I know what sororities are top tier and bottom tier, so how do you get into the top tier ones?

I would focus on being in a sorority that is full of people you like and with whom you can be yourself. Tiers are artificial.
