Everyone knows that Tri Delt isn’t a top house at vandy right? I’m not saying they are a bad house (all houses are great at Vandy!!) but they just aren’t considered to be in the top tier. Anyone who says otherwise does not actually go to vanderbilt or any event on campus.

I agree!!!! They are not a bad house at all by any means but they spend too much time trying to trick others that they are one of the best than actually doing anything productive to raise their ranking. They are called the Tri Delt Try Hards for a reason! But with that the house does have some amazing girls but they are not considered “top” of that matters
