by: Frat rush next yearI’m an incoming freshman and I was wondering if it’s worth rushing off campus frats. Really asking about AEPi. Have a sister at Vandy who isn’t Greek, don’t know how to go about rush really

Absolutely not, in my opinion. The only frats really off campus right now is AEPi, and other than that, maybe Fiji or Phi Psi but who knows.
It’s not really feasible since Vandy hardly let’s anyone live off campus, and AEPi will definitely die in the coming future. Plus not having an on campus presence sucks with rush and overall everything will be a tad more difficult
