What is SAE at vanderbilt like/why are they considered the top house?

The one thing I know about SAE is they don’t caveman neeearly as many beers as Kappa Sig does

They're considered the top house because they are the most exclusive, have the most money, and do have a lot of good looking boys. They also have the biggest and the best house so that's also a plus. But many of them are absolute tools so keep that in mind. Good for a one night stand (maybe, there are less douchey boys from other fraternities that would be too), definitely not good for a long term relationship.
