Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Vanderbilt University - VU 4.8 Good ole southern boys who know how to treat a lady. They easily have the best brother hood on campus and attract top rushes. Many of their rushes are SAE rushes and vice versa. Very underrated parties as well

Their brotherhood is by far the strongest, their build party was the best party of the semester so far, wednesday nights are always fun. As southern gentlemen, their good looks make them all the more desirable and they have a positive presence among vandy girls. Great looking pledge class for the spring
