easily one of the most fun group of guys on the campus. not very close to each other though. quick to speak badly of other brothers

Last year the remaining DKE's "merged" with the Pikes. The DKE's were shut down for violations and when they were allowed back, they had a house but not much more. The merger was mutually beneficial, the Dekes got an instant bump in popularity, a complete pledge class (Pike's) and the Pike's got a house. This house is known for its parties. Along with SAE and Beta, the DKE/Pikes represent the top tier of fraternies at Vanderbilt.

Dke is a pretty cool place to be. I love my frat but if I had to be in another it would be Dke. Lots of friends there, they have great brotherly dynamics, love to rage, very diverse...etc.

Rages the hardest, both nights of mt deke were better than any other party this year. post-merger there are tons of cool brothers (the old pikes and the new pledges). the merger has put deke into the top tier

They definitely know how to rage and throw the best parties on Greek row. If you plan on rushing and are timid, shy and lack self confidence don't bother rushing them. They also don't care whether or not you can trace your family tree back to the May Flower, they only care if you will fit in. As for the other reviewer's comments about lacking brotherhood, I disagree. As proof, the brothers that live off campus, live together for the most part. You can't get any closer than that.
