I'm considering transferring and am a member of a sorority that has the same reputation at Bucknell as my current school, would it be really difficult to transfer affiliation?

Not at all. My sorority has had a few transfers over the years. It's a simple process and if your previous chapter is similar to the one at Bucknell, you'll have no problem fitting in.
