Which frats are attracting the best potential classes of freshmen?

wierdly enough theres been a lot more equalness in the frats this year than in the past two years, and all frats (with a few small acceptions) really will have great classes.

sig ep, phi psi, and fiji will probably get the best classes...kappa sig and sig chi will duke it out for the #4 spot, and the rest will fall into place. it's not that hard to see
