rushing as a junior

Is it normal to rush as a junior? I'll be transferring in for Fall 2014 and I'm curious if I'll still have a good chance at rushing a sorority

I'm a dude, but I don't think anyone would be opposed to it. You might have to talk to the head of the Greek Life department on campus about it as soon as you arrive (maybe email ahead) next year.

not many sororities give bids to juniors, but it is worth a shot! good luck. and yes, if I were you I'd contact the Greek Office over the summer.

You'll be fine rushing as a junior bc you transferred. It would be different if you dropped out last year or didn't rush.
