Fiji -- top house, freshman dk this bc they couldnt have parties this sem but its number 1 for sure.
spe -- the other frats may not like spe but the sororitys do

ksig/sig chi/tke -- all pretty much the same in terms of rankings, just depends on the preferred vibe

sororitys:

Axo/Kappa -- axo is known to be more fun/chill with hot girls and kappa has the rep of being hot and into themselves. regardless both are pretty equal in terms of ranking. one is not above the other.

Axid -- big come up since previous years but still not better than axo or kappa
Adpi -- mix of cool girls and not, last years pc was better
