Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity Ratings at BU

Oooh yeah these guys are big farters, huge even. In the house? Rip. In class? Rip. At a mixer? Rip. Bending down to check one of their pants bc they said they think there's a hole in it and you're just trying to be a good friend and help them out? Rip. After hanging with these dudes for one night, you won't be smelling straight for weeks! Great times!

Some of you may see this ranking and feel surprised, so here’s a list of reasons why I love SAE: -guys aren’t creepy -guys are probably the friendliest on campus -embodiment of work hard/play hard -they almost always provide yummy snacks for our mixers -their mixed drinks are usually really good (I don’t have to worry about them spiking the drinks) -surprisingly lots of cute athletes -they aren’t cliquey -they have a good mix of popularity amongst the guys -they all seem to get along well with each other (good brotherhood?) -guys I would take home to mom and dad -above all else, guys that make me feel safe (how can I have a good time if I don’t feel safe???)

SAE has come a long way, especially in the last couple years. Went from bottom tier to middle imo. Definitely not one of the most popular frats, but I feel safest at their parties. I like to refer to them as the “nice guys” frat lol

Pleaaaaasseeee start hosting supers more often. We had a super mixer ONCE and it was honestly the best super I’ve ever been to. Guys are fun to be around but not predatory lol.

The guys are really fun and nice. They also rally hard. SAE is the embodiment of work hard play hard

I’m a junior now and these guys have always made me feel safe at parties, which is something that unfortunately cannot be said about any other fraternity except for maybe Chi Phi. Imo if you’re gonna be top tier the way you treat women should be top tier as well.

These guys are on the rise 100% with the past two pledge classes that keep growing. They’re a great group of guys hopefully people will start paying more attention to them and give them the props they deserve for being good guys who know how to rally

Dated a brother during undergrad. I got to see just how close the brothers are, and, despite being in a “top tier” sorority, SAE will always be my fave frat at Bucknell... maybe I’m a little biased lol

A bunch of nice boys that just want to fit in. I have never felt unsafe at one of their parties. They all seem to really care for their brothers and don’t seem bothered by the fact that they’re not “top tier”.

Definitely my favorite frat on campus. They might not be the most popular or biggest frat, but they’re the frat I have always felt the most safe at. It’s full of really nice guys.
