RC Greek hit his explanation right on the nail. Theta has fallen off their perch as top fraternity for numerous reasons RC Greek mentioned. They seem to be getting worse pledge classes with each year and the downward spiral is becoming to be a deeper hole for Theta to fix. Their image on campus is diminishing as internal issues tear this house apart like sleeping with their own brothers' girlfriends.

KD is a relatively new chapter on campus (less than 10 years old). They have come a long way in a few years but still have a long way to go to get the same respect as top tier houses on campus. Most women going through recruitment don't seem to consider KD to be in the same tier as AXO and ADPi. Their biggest pull in recruitment is their focus on academics, even though they finished below AXO and ADPi last semester.

The AXOs had some down years recently, but a young group of women have started picking up the slack and are on pace to redeem their spot as a top tier greek organization on Ripon's campus.

Good sense of brotherhood within the Phi Delt house. Their cohesiveness should help them through a current rough patch with administration. If they can get improve relationships with administration and sororities, they should be alright. Their yearly quarrels with the local fraternity on campus seem to hurt their image with the Greek community as well.
