The 96th Miss America pageant, will be held at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on Sunday, September 11, 2016. In total, there are 52 young women competing for the title of Miss America 2017. 17 of the 52 are currently or were recently active in a sorority.
