Report a School Review

If deemed necessary, reported reviews will be removed within 7 - 10 days but usually sooner. Please submit this report ONLY if you STRONGLY believe this needs to be removed. Multiple illegitimate reports slow down the administrative process of removing the actual and more seriously unfavorable content.

If we’re being fair, UE’s Greek life is like a 4/10. It exists, but just barely. With only three sororities left and way more fraternities, it’s completely lopsided. There’s little diversity in options for girls, barely any energy around recruitment, and overall involvement feels low. The school doesn’t seem to invest in keeping chapters alive either, Phi Mu dropping just proved that. Compared to other schools, especially USI, it’s clear UE’s Greek scene is struggling and needs serious rebuilding. On top of the imbalance, the vibe around Greek life at UE feels stale. There’s not much excitement around events anymore, and the few sororities left are stretched thin trying to keep the community alive. It’s like the spirit is there, but the structure is falling apart. Frats still throw down and recruit hard, but without a strong sorority presence to balance it out, everything feels one-sided and kind of off. It’s frustrating because there’s potential. UE is small enough that Greek life should feel close-knit and meaningful. But instead, it comes off as cliquey, underfunded, and mostly ignored by administration. If the school doesn’t step in to support growth, especially for the sororities, Greek life might fade out completely. Right now, it’s hanging by a thread and for a school that once prided itself on tight community, that’s a bad look.
