These guys are absolutely fake. They act super inviting and friendly at rush and make you feel like they have fun hanging out with you, but don't even invite you to an invite only event. The frats that DO bid everyone only do so because they're irrelevant and tiny and more of friend groups than frats. Many of these frats are either wannabe club promoters or just paid friend groups, no in between. A lot of these frat guys are male sororities focusing on image. They're so exclusive because they're insecure losers who need their frat and new members to boost their social media to make them look cool and get girls. They would be irrelevant without being in a frat because they failed to go D1. There is no greek row, so frats have to throw off campus which makes it easier to get rolled by police because neighbors call cops and you can get arrested for underage drinking. It doesn't help because Tempe PD ignores actual crimes like stabbings and shootings to get college kids in trouble. And not a lot of people wanna go 2-5 miles off campus, so most of the girls at the parties are either girlfriends or close friends of the members.
